7 people standing around doing nothing, took 20 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of us. Slow and incompetent.... Couldn?t understand what we were asking and just unbelievably slow. Shocked that our order was accurate even though the frieswere half full. I don't know why I keep trying to eat here there's always something wrong with the food. Got a Oreo "shake" today I think they... water it down to make it go further?? It wasn't melted it was watered all of the Oreo bits couldn't even float and sank to thebottom. Prices are way up now also. Employees not really giving the summerlin vibe either. Don't recommend until the next timethey wipe the staff again in 4-7 months. Read more
Stopped in for a bit to eat and service was good without waiting in line. I spent about 10 bucks on food and another 15 minutes... eating in .. The location was superb and my dinning room was clean as a whistle. Read more
Ordered food through the app at 11:40 P.M. and arrived at the drive thru at 11:50 P.M., just for no one to answer the drive thru... speaker with no signs or warnings of an early closing. We could see the workers inside closing while we waited in line with noresponse to the speaker or car horn. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered some mozzarella sticks from here and they were horrible. They were nothing like normal mozzarella sticks. When I... initially opened the box they looked a little off to me but when I tried to pull them apart I knew something was terribly wrong.Sorry to say this because I love some mozzarella sticks but don't eat them from here!!! The burgers were fine, but their meat was mushy and bland. And, their vegetables weren't fresh enough to eat because of the poor... qualities. Even though the fries and ketchup were tasty due to better ingredients, I didn't feel too bad after done with mylunch. Read more
Menu says Whopper is $ 3.79 under dollar deals. I was charged $4.00 before tax. I questioned it & was told the manager said... prices changed that day- sorry. I was not refunded. I went to call the phone number on the receipt( it is the principle of thematter ) to speak to management & the automated # hangs up on you. No way to resolve...terrible customer service. Read more
