Slowest drive-thru! We spent almost 30 mins in line with only 2 cars ahead of us. Only 2 employees staffed for dinner rush.Great... job BK management. Thankfully the employees were still very polite. Read more

Darn, they've been open for breakfast every time I've been at 6 a.m., but now they're choosing not to answer the microphone at... 6:20 a.m. with workers in the restaurant. Edit: Turns out they had two people call out for the morning. As a customer, I needto know right at 6 a.m. not 15 minutes later. If you're there and can hear, communicate it through the mic. I'm not mad, Iunderstand you have call outs and are short staffed, but I just want to be kept in the loop. Read more

If we could give zero stars we would...the management of the drive-thru process is awful - many times we have waited 20+ minutes... only to receive old food and there is never any acknowledgement or apology for the wait. The lobby is closed more often than notwhich makes mobile orders pointless when you end up waiting in a drive-thru line for 30 minutes. The owners need to step it upand provide a better work environment so that people actually want to do their jobs with pride and show concern for the poorquality in service that is being provided to their customers. You gotta do something to smooth out the kinks in the process -things aren't working right. Read more

I ordered the Impossible King burger ?low carb? and take a look at the pic to see what I received. Needless to say I requested... a refund which require two additional visits and a phone call to resolve. NEVER AGAIN! No lobby access, drive-through only atthe time. Read more

New BK and so far it is good. They keep the parking lot, rest room, and for goodness sake the lobby clean unlike most BKs. They... are new so we hope they keep it up. There are some hick-ups but that's due from being understaffed. Despite this, the young manup front ( a bit heavy set) is VERY professional, nice, friendly, and has great attention to details. He is the first personthat has ever taken my order right the first time. Food is hot, fresh, and delicious. They will be five star soon as soon asthey work on the mobile app service. Read more

So slow!!! It took 20+ minutes in line when we were second in line. When we got to the window and waited for probably 5-10... minutes before anyone even looked at us. Then the guy finally came to the window and the only thing he said to me was the price.When I asked which drink was which he just handed them both to me and didn?t say anything. Also never told us when he was donegiving us all of our order. On top of all that? they didn?t give us our order right. We asked for a burger with things off of itand they still put it on. ALSO!!! The sweet tea I ordered tasted funny. Like something was mixed into it. Read more

The customers don't understand we employees don't get paid any other restaurants, dell taco, canes, pollo loco and all the other... fast food places nearby get paid better then us. We understand your frustration because people don't want to work for yourattitude or your drama we don't even have good air conditioners like they do. Our income is our issue that people leave to get abetter job. Also another thing, you complain is not going to get you anywhere apparently you have too much time on your hands tobe complaining we don't because we have to serve people. If you catch an attitude and start screaming in the drive thru theywill deny you service because it is not fair and it's not okay. When I go eat somewhere and they get my order wrong, I don'tcomplain I go somewhere else. If they take too long it is because I chose to eat there so have some decency of how you talk toworkers and their frustration of low pay! Read more
