This place is disgusting and does not know proper health code! The kid at the counter gave food to the man ahead of me...the man... comes up to the counter and said i didnt order this...he took the sandwich out of his bag and gives it to the kid at thecounter. The kid at the counter took the sandwich and put it back under the heat lamp and then gave it to me!! Like what???? Idont want food that has been handled from another customer!!!! So when i told the kid this isnt proper food handling he gaveattitude and said do u want me to drop another one? The manager was standing right there and didn't say a word or intervene atall. Slowwww 4 cars in the drive thru and taking over 5 min per car. Absolutely ridiculous and should not be "fast food" quality was... absolutely terrible. I don't write reviews too often but waiting in a drive thru for 20 min is appalling. Read more

Pulled in at 11:59 and lady was super nice and patient. Gave me fresh food and told me to have a wonderful night. Got home and... the food was still hot!! I know this place hasn?t had the best reviews, but tonight was some of the best service I?ve ever hadin awhile. Read more
Vivian is so unnecessarily rude, to hear she is in charge is concerning to say the least! If she speaks to customers that way I... can?t imagine how she treats her staff. Kudos to Lizzie for turning it around. She is poised, polite, and professional. Sheshould be running that place! I don?t how she keeps such composure working for a pill like Vivian. Well those place is something else, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. In fast food you can expect a few bad apples but this place is a whole... bushel of them. The drive through line was very long and don't seem to be moving fast way all. (Should have took that as asign). So we went inside. Pretty sure the guy that was supposed to be bagging people's food was on something. (His face andhow he was acting kind of gave it away). But he said he'd be right with us and just aimlessly walked away. The lady cleaning thedining area saw and came and took our order. Cool so then we waited for our food, and waited, and waited. It took over 20 minsfor them to even start building our tray of food. Which was not a lot. Two kids meals, a Whopper, and chicken sandwich. Thereonly seemed to be two people in that whole place that know what do to and it was two men working the line, and they had to keepstepping away to help the others. The food was ok, the whopper, chicken sandwich and kids chicken nuggets were hot besides thefries that tasted like they had been sitting in the fry warmer for hours. It only sucked that the facility is very nice buttheir staffing definitely NEEDS work. I wish this was only a training deficiency but from other reviews I think it may stem fromthe lack of management. Read more
THE GHETTO. like what is going on here! If anyone working in corporate came here they?d be like what?. Drive thru for dinner is... terribly slow. So we decided to come in to order and that wasn?t any better. Bout a 25 min wait. They just have sandwichessitting on the heater (8-10 made) yet struggling to determine which one goes in what bag. Then they turn their back on the walkin customers. Very rude people. I guess that?s the struggle of hiring 16 year olds. And the food is low quality. Only wins-breakfast drive thru.
