Reviews for Brio Italian Grille in Las Vegas, NV
Where do I start? The atmosphere was gorgeous! Johnny our waiter was on his game! The food was spectacular! The lasagna could... feed 3 people and the desserts were sinfully good! Read more
First time visit, very nice. Nicely appointed restaurant with outdoor patio seating as well. Went to meet friends at happy hour... light meal: sausage pepperoni & ricotta flatbread and calamari. Read more
Jen & Sage served us on the patio. We started of with an appetizers of Buschetta Sampler perfect for 2 to share. There are 2... pieces each of 3 different styles. Loved them all. Second course was Chicken Lemone & Lasagna both were fabulous. The Lasagnahad a twist of bolognese topping the center section & Alfredo on both ends. Both meals were large enough to share. We finishedthe evening out with dessert of Warm Chocolate Cake. I would go there again for a special occasion. Read more

I lived in Las Vegas for a number of years; however, I moved out of state a few years ago. My business requires frequent trips... to Las Vegas so I am in town often. When I arrive, I pick up my rental car and immediately go to Brio at Town Square forlunch. I park in the garage (the sun in Las Vegas can be brutal not only to us but our cars as well). As you exit the garage,Brio is in front of you. Simply cross the street, and go right to proceed to the entrance. It is especially convenient as it isacross the street from the Apple Store. My husband and I always request to sit in the bar area. Usually not as busy and theservice is outstanding (more often that not, Jesus is our bartender). My absolute favorite appetizer is the Gorgonzola LambChops. Simply divine! Three tender lamb chops with a Gorgonzola crust served in marsala sauce and a small side of sautéedspinach. Yum! For my entrée, I absolutely love the Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad. Grilled chicken, mixed greens, strawberries, grapes, spicy candied pecans, gorgonzola, and balsamic vinaigrette. Such a remarkable combination as the flavorscompliment each other beyond your imagination. Restrooms are usually tidy. Employees are friendly. Service is top rated. Foodis exceptional! Highly recommend!! Read more
Food is really good. One of my favorite Italian places. When full they take very long to bring out orders which is... understandable. I prefer going for lunch to avoid crowds. Staff is not bad but sometimes you have to ask for bread or thingslike cheese for the pasta because they don’t offer it which can be annoying. Gelato and other desserts are really good.Overall just one of my favorite places. Read more
Beef carpaccio was USDA Choice but great flavor with the salad and sea salt. The grilled chicken breast in my chicken Madeira I... believe was dry. It won't even come close to the cheesecake factory but portions were humongous and prices were cheaper thanCalifornia. I tried Brio in Torrance before and it was much better but they closed doors during the pandemic unfortunately.Service was good and they were pretty busy. I'm sure they can improve but would not volunteer to try it again anytime soon. Read more
