Food was good. Oysters were small but good. Service was average. Place is small n off a casino. Pretty loud.
Had the dozen oysters with the seafood Cobb salad. Awesome!!
I stay at Suncoast all the time but only just tried Briggs Oyster Company. I regret not doing it sooner! I had a great time as a... solo diner? the staff was extremely friendly, the food was amazing (half dozen oysters and the pan roast? chef's kiss!), andeverything was priced reasonably. So this place is inside Suncoast hotel & casino. They often have a $1 oyster promo on Thursday's. Husband and I also tried one... of the sushi rolls and the lobster mac & cheese. We were offered bread & butter while our food was being prepared... Cute placewith foodie decor.... The staff was nice & attentive. The food was ok but not my go to choice for oysters or sushi.
