The food looked great!???? But the taste was not it, horrible. I hate leaving bad reviews, but honesty is what you want. The... noodles were very salty & dry. Needed olive oil and water, the chicken was okay a little over cooked. Now, the asparagus andbrussel sprouts, I definitely reccomend. Delicious????. It's enough to feed the table. It was 9 of us. I feel they could of dida WHOLE lot better preparing the food. Especially for the price. Definitely, a redo when we come back to Las Vegas. Read more

Really great food! I was excited to try this place after having had a few meals from the trucks in L.A. The food was flavorful... and generously portioned. I recommend everyone in your group order something different to be able to try the most of the menu. Ihad the blueberry lemonade and it was so good, however it was slightly too sweet for my liking. This place is a perfect choicefor a low key date night or small gathering with friends. The food is worth 5 stars, but the ambiance and service could use sometweaking. At the time, there was only one server and no one at the hostess stand. We stood around for almost 3 minutes beforebeing greeted. The server threw menus on the table and pointed us in the direction of the table instructing us to sit. Overall,if you're in Vegas take the detour from the strip to support this Black-owned business. I had the joy of eating at Bleu kitchen this week and OMG was it amazing!!! Every bite I had was insane !! This will be a must... go to again place for me! From the wings to the dumplings and booth noodle dishes !! But hands down the lamb noodle dish mayhave been the best thing I ate while in vegas and I went to hells kitchen, Gallagher , II Fornaio, and much more and this toppedit all !!! As delicious as the pictures look... they don't even do the food justice. We ordered the shrimp fried rice balls, Korean spicy... chicken with shrimp and garlic noodles, and the spicy garlic fried shrimp with garlic noodles. This chef really knows how tomake some sauce, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The texture was perfect, and they were actually jumbo... as advertised. Even though the restaurant was clearly busy (as one should expect on a Saturday night), our food came out quickly withoutsacrificing quality. Last but not least, our server was warm and welcoming. Ok, to start off this restaurant is really tucked away from view. However, this is a perfect little "hole-in-the-wall" kind of... place. Their ambience is great. Our server, Ladi, was awesome and brought good energy to the table. We got the Vegas Platteras a starter and the amazing "Pineapple & Strawberry" lemonade which you could easily tell by the presence of pulp and seedsthat it was freshly made that day. Seriously, I've never had noodles that were so good. "Korean Sticky Chicken", "BleuShrimp", and Steak were all code words for awesome and amazing!! If anyone tells you this place isn't good they're definitely hating. The food here has so much flavor and the portions are... really nice. Place isn't really big so make sure you have a reservation if you go but also they welcome carry out so there's noreason why you can't enjoy their amazing menu.
