I have literally NEVER had them correctly make pesto drizzle bread. I tried again hoping something had changed, and put... throughout the notes to not forget the pesto drizzle. They forgot it. Again. They contantly forget ingredients and drizzles onother items. Even when I don't get the pesto, they always mess something up. Blaze ingredients are soooo tasty, this location isfundamentally broken when they can't even fix up ONE pizza order without messing it up or requiring us to return for BASICingredients that come in the pizzas with NO customization!!! TERRIBLE PLACE WITH CHILDREN RUNNING THE SHOW!! Went to Blaze for a quick dinner but boy was this a BAD idea! The two little... girls behind the bar didn't acknowledge my family and I as we stood in line for about 5 minutes. One had a dirty rag that wasonce white (stained red). As she ran it back and forth (aka cleaning) above the rims of the containers pushing food into wrongcontainers, and pushing old food back in by doing so ???? The other girl was busy whispering about co-workers laughing aboutwho knows what. Finally order despite what already felt like a bad idea but I had my 2yr old and he was hungry. Anyway,ordered our 3 pizzas. Waited and WAITED AND WAITED. 1 1/2 hours later when I asked about my order, turns out they had given myorder to someone else, as I'm asking, the customer who took my order brought it back into the store and as cold as it was theythen offered it back to me!! REALLY?? When I expressed my frustration, they laughed and one of the two started whisperingsomething that sounded like this B something something... Wowww I'm so glad I found this pizza place! very reminds new york pizza! the crust selection is huge! cauliflower, rice, keto... and more. they were very friendly and very professional ???? they went through the ingredients in each different crust. and nowthe pizza was amazing! like seriously I never imagined cauliflower crust can taste good, but also the way the bake the pizza andput it together makes it that good from my personal prospective, they definitely do it with love) thank you very much for thebest pizza experience I've ever has in las vegas! thank you! This sucked!!! The pizza was cold! Not even lukewarm. I picked it up at the time they told me and it only takes 7 mins to get... home. The salad had many brown wilted chunks! The service was pathetic! I called to say I?m outside for curbside pick up. Longpause from the person, okay, with disappointment. No drink when he came out cause there?s no tea! He brought an empty cup?!!! Hewas going to go back in to get tea but I decided to go in to get it myself. There?s no tea! After getting home I decide to calljust to say hey this whole experience left something to be desired, and it got worse. Horrible explanation and blaming all otherparties. DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING! have never been so disappointed in my life. The ordered arrived cold no big deal... but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was BLACK it was burnt so bad! My capriese salad went bad a long time ago themozzarella was shredded and drowning in dead, soggy basil leaves and the rancid yellow curddled milk at the bottom. This place has gone downhill the past few years. I went a few days ago to see if there was any improvement, but alas, it was... even worse than before.
