Wow! This place is very impressive. We came here today to check out some of the new stuff at Palace Station and decided to grab... lunch at this restaurant. We?ve heard a lot of good things about this place. Emily was our server and she was great. Sherecommended a couple different beers, the burger nachos, wings w/habanero sauce and the griddle burger. Great service, recommended great tasting food. Kept up with our table.They walk you by the meat locker where the butcher creates... fresh meats for the guests. Griddle singles burger is a good one but the 12 oz steakhouse burger sounds t be the one to have, ifyou are hungry! Overall experience is a 5 out of 5 for us. The reason I gave this place three stars is because my first experience was absolutely amazing. Great food, great service and... great beers. The second time I visit was the worst experience ever. One waitress for dinner rush it took 45 mins to get drinksand over an hour and half to get our food. Which this time was not good at all ( burgers where way burned beer was warm, bun onturkey burger not good at all). It was like I was in a whole new restaurant and staff. I do understand the pains of hiring greatpeople but to only have one person to wait tables, run food, get drinks doesn't make sense. I would hate to see this restaurantclose of small issues. That can be fixed easily. I hope you can fix it. The Idea of a dry aged restaurant is amazing and don'tfind it very often. Thanks for listening. Read more
