I custom ordered a cake with specific directions. The directions were not followed at all. I called the store to notify them... that the cake was not what I ordered. The lady on the phone was rude , cussed me out and kept saying I got what I ordered. Ididn?t. I ordered a plain white cake with no designs, and my directions were not followed at all. A week ago I went i ordered a cake. Went in store 2 days later to make sure of the correct cake. They even put on order form. No... cake just ice cream (fudge round) time of birthday which was yesterday I went to pick up cake and notice it didn?t seem right.Was assured by clerk it was all Ice cream. To my surprise cut into it last night and there was cake and some kind of brownfrosting. Went to store this morning and was basically blown off. I paid 45 thinking I was getting what I ordered. We always buy by the quartz. Price is always been $6.99 for 1 quart or $10.99 for 2 quarts. These prices are all the same on all... BR stores. But then earlier we were just from your store, your 2 girl employees wanted to charge me $10.99 each!! Went toSouthern Highland location which is closer to my home anyway.
