Before we say how spectacular the food was, Krizia's in depth knowledge of the food items and personal choices from the items... she recommended made our experience exceptional along with the other servers. First we ordered Isabella and flower power todrink and they were exceptional flavors to try. We ended up ordering the cheese platter with mussels and the bone marrow. My wife and I decided to eat here before attending the Luke Bryan concert last night. One thing I noticed immediately after... being seated was that every member of staff was very engaged in their work and the service reflected the vigorousness with whichthey applied themselves. Our waiter gave excellent recommendations and knew the menu well. Other members of the staff also cameby periodically to check on us, top off our waters or to make sure food was arriving on time. We were very impressed overall bythe expediency of the service, the quality of the food and the efficiency by which the entire restaurant was run. We will bereturning here often! Read more

We stayed at the Conrad hotel and ate here, and the experience was amazing! What a great spot. The ambiance was classy, elegant,... and perfect. The food (tapas portions) tasted splendid. Everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommended the seafoodpaella, which was juicy, perfectly spicy, and adequate portion for the price. The skirt steak was succulent and absolutelydelicious. We travel to Vegas often and will definitely return here. This is a great spot! Read more
