It was good. I was expecting an order at the counter place, but was pleasantly surprised to see it was a sit down and order... spot. My two daughters ordered cheese quesadillas off the kids menu. Yep, they're boring when it comes to food. I blame theirmother. I had the surf and turf fries. They were pretty good as well. But keep in mind I think Robertos Carne Asada Fries area culinary masterpiece. So I may have a overly biased opinion on the dish. It's fairly small so it filled up pretty quickly. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Food is mediocre. We?ve had better tacos and tostada?s elsewhere. We ordered some items off the happy hour... menu and the regular menu. Pricing on items don?t seem in line with the substance of what you are getting. Many happy hour itemsare only 1/2 orders to give the impression that it?s a ?lower priced? item but it?s really inflated in cost because it?s morethan half the cost. Some happy hour items aren?t even on the menu at all. Beware of overcharging for multiple quantity of itemsthat you did not order. When brought up to their attention, they didn?t even apologize, and made it seem like it was a hassle tocorrect their own mistake! They also claimed an item wasn?t on happy hour, when I confirmed with the server before I ordered -I literally read it straight off the menu to him. It really wasn?t a big deal, since it was a dollar difference but I could notbelieve how much the manager wanted to argue over one dollar! My first time here and I can't say enough. I went to the SW location. The one near the Strat was a little busier. After... ordering the Horchata, Blood Orange Fly Bird Margarita, Spicy Octopus Taco, Carne Asada Taco, Baja Tour Tostadas, and the OceanElote, I don't think you're going to find anything that isn't amazing! Doesn?t look like much from outside, tacos are fantastic. Different than other places, specializes in fish tacos but have other... options. Portions are big for tacos, from what I have seen, price is decent with other places increasing. It ain?t Taco Bellprices but nice treat. Came here based on a YouTube review I saw. Had the Tsunami tostada and while it had a great taste, it was so much smaller than... the video review. This kind of misrepresentation isn?t helpful. I also had the fish taco and shrimp taco. The batter is verylight, but felt both needed something. I added some of their house sauce and that helped. Overall the place is good, but notspectacular. We live in this side of town and pass by it everyday. I can't believe we haven't ate there all this time! We are mad at... ourselves lol. Food is very fresh and flavorful. I got their seafood soup. It took a tad long for it as it was mad fresh. It wasso good and hearty. Our server, Chad, was very pleasent and very informative. Service from him met every expectations. He evenopened my door for me as I walked out. We will be coming back more often. One criticism I have is the water. It didn't tastegood which we ended up buying the bottled tea instead. Read more

Holy wow, get in my mouth and stay there! First time I've been here, but it just became one of my favorites. I had an off... special birria de marlin taco and a surf and turf taco. Tacos are 4.50 to 6.50 each. I'm literally blown away by how goodthis was. They mostly have tacos and tostadas, and mostly fish, shrimp, and octopus. I got it to go, but if you stay theyhave beer on tap and some other adult beverages. I was told this is a Las Vegas owned company and there are 2 other shops intown. This is the one on blue diamond.
