01/21/22: I was walking around Terminal 1 before my flight and got some Baja Fresh for dinner. I got the steak taco combo with... flour tortilla, onions, cilantro and sides of pinto beans and rice. The rice was bland, dry, and flavorless. The pinto beanswere ok and much better than. The rice. The steak tacos were also ok in flavor, but was a little over cooked and salty. Best breakfast at an airport ever! Most places offer breakfast sandwiches...this is a huge breakfast! I added corn tortillas &... sliced avocado & I was stuffed! I even shared my bacon with my hubby <- now that?s a miracle in itself. This place is small, noseating but it?s worth it! Lots of protein & a full belly for a 4 hr flight & one happy customer.
