My family and I visited this Baja fresh 9/4/22, and we regret it. The workers where moody, it seemed like they were bothered... when we asked for extras, the gave us like 6 chips and when we asked for more the worker got upset. The salsa area was dirty,most of the sodas where out. It was all bad, regretted spending money there. Read more

This is a favorite of mine when visiting Vegas. It's in Excalibur in the back, stay right if you come in the front doors. My go... to choice is their Cheese Nachos for under $9 with taxes. It comes with two types of beans as well so you still get protein andit's served hot with fresh guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. Been my go to now for five years and I'll just coming back. This place WAS good 3 years ago. The entire hotel has gone downhill. See picture for their "fish taco" looks like a fish STICK... taco to me. So gross. Sauce was like a zesty/fishy sauce, almost made me vomit. Did not eat more than 1 bite. I expected aregular fish taco with white sauce (sour cream or even tarter sauce) but got this!! I needed a high-protein meal with no carbs. So, I tried this establishment. I ordered a Chicken Fajita plate with Queso on the... side. While the chicken lacked flavor it was still moist and everything else was phenomenal. The portion size is huge. I askedto have smaller portions scooped. The beans were delicate and fully seasoned. The grilled veggies also had a robust flavor and agreat bite that wasn't soggy or slimy. I didn't eat the rice nor get tortillas but the chips and queso were delicious. It's verycomparable to Moe's or Qdoba but the sauces were amazing. Y'all know I love a good sauce. The sauces were robust. I wish I tooka picture. I would say give them a try if you love Mexican.
