My family and I visited this Baja fresh 9/4/22, and we regret it. The workers where moody, it seemed like they were bothered... when we asked for extras, the gave us like 6 chips and when we asked for more the worker got upset. I needed a high-protein meal with no carbs. So, I tried this establishment. I ordered a Chicken Fajita plate with Queso on the... side. While the chicken lacked flavor it was still moist and everything else was phenomenal. The portion size is huge. I askedto have smaller portions scooped. The beans were delicate and fully seasoned. The grilled veggies also had a robust flavor and agreat bite that wasn't soggy or slimy. I didn't eat the rice nor get tortillas but the chips and queso were delicious. It's verycomparable to Moe's or Qdoba but the sauces were amazing. Y'all know I love a good sauce. The sauces were robust. I wish I tooka picture. I would say give them a try if you love Mexican.
