Just terrible old pretzels. Had the pepperoni pretzel which was made at least an hour earlier. I tried to return it and they... said no refunds but they could give me another one. I asked if it was made at the same time the original one was? She said itwas. I told her I paid $10 for a pretzel and water could I get a fresh one, she told me it would be 30 min. for a fresh one. I went here twice. The first time the pretzel tasted super fresh, very soft and delicious. Unfortunately the second time the... pretzel was really hard and difficult to chew. The prices are reasonable especially for the strip, but they do charge $1 forcream cheese which kind of surprised me (every other location I have been in in different states never charged me).
