Come here all the time! Staff is super friendly, fast, and clean always see them washing hands and using gloves. Pretzels are... always hot and they are willing to do a fresh one if you have the time to wait, totally worth it I highly recommend! Read more

They pretzels are really good and my grandma use to be the manger but she work at a other Auntie Anne's and they was so good... hot and fresh. U should go try it out its so good that you can go there everyday is u live in Las Vegas NV there pretzels are sogood that u can it eat it twice a week because that's how delicious it is so if u in Chicago tell your mom or relevant totake you to Las Vegas NV or if u live anywhere else. I love pretzels and have at times gone to the mall just to buy them. However the stall I usually went to recently closed down.... So when I saw Aunt Annies I decided to give it a try. Worst mistake of my life! I spent $6 on nasty ass pretzel bites. They wereWAY to salty and the bread itself just tasted really bland. The cheese was cold and just bad.
