Yo...so I order a pretzel and a lemonade(strawberry) and all is good until the cashier hands me my lemonade (that cost $1.43... more than the lemonade without the squirt of strawberry puree) and not only was the cup so greasy he almost dropped it but ithad burnt pretzel crumbs floating atop it. What is saddening is this cashier felt like my request for a new cup of lemonade wastoo much and that since it was the GREASE from MY pretzel on his hands...that I should have been ok with it...his attitude wasSTANK ABOUT IT...HE SAT THE CUP AT THE OPPOSITE END OF THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY...SO I REQUESTED A REFUND THAT HE DDNT KNOWHOW TO PROCESS(OR PLAYED DUMB) BUT YET HAD THE NERVE TO BE OFFENSIVE TO THE CUSTOMER BUT CANT EVEN PERFORM THE FULL DUTIES OFTHE JOB...STARTING WITH HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...DDNT GGET A REFUND... Made a complaint online was told I would receive a coupon on my bad service never received it. 2nd time I ordered a pretzel... today February 6 , 2021 I made a order online this morning was told my order was on it?s way got a call from door dash saying myorder was cancelled by auntie Anne?s they didn?t even make the order. Try to call this location was ignored Horrible service bythis company but they know consumers will come back because where else can you get a good pretzel. Read more
This place never has pretzel dogs. This time they didn't have any minis either. The mall still had over an hour to be open. I... guess when they run out they just don't make anymore? And when I have tried to order them right after the mall opens nothing hasbeen made either. Maybe have the staff come in earlier than opening so that you have product to sell? Read more
I went to the Auntie Anne's at the Meadows Mall with my daughter on the lower level. And two girls were running it. They were so... rude and for no reason at all. They gave me the oldest pretzel bites they had of the day. They were so dry so hard they werehorrible. We both had to throw them away. Unfortunately they asked me if I needed a receipt and I said no or else I would haveadded all of my receipt details to this review. I will never return there. Both of those girls had attitudes worst customerservice. Don't waste your money there. There are plenty of other places at the mall to get quick snacks. Why deal with rudepeople! Read more
I love pretzels, however this place is a bit expensive. I was shocked, to find out they charge for refills, on your beverage.... The pretzels are good, warm. The prices have Went up, over the years. Staff is just okay. There's never a wait, you just walk upto the counter and order. Their lemonade is good, it could be cooler though. Great location, its never busy, so you won't haveto wait, in a line. It would be nice, if they dropped their prices and stopped charging for refills as well. Read more
Dont bother coming here they will not EVER make or serve actual pretzels only the "bites". I will never het auntie anns again go... to Wetzel Pretzels way better and the always have pretzels Read more
