Never had a bad experience with Arby's until last night. First, the drive thru person wasn't listening. I ordered the buffalo... chicken wrap combo with a diet coke. I get to the window, I was charged for just the wrap. So I said it again. Watched her pourme a coke zero instead of the diet. Got home, didn't finish the wrap because the lettuce was dark and brown. Thought I was safeuntil this morning, when I vomited and found more of said bad lettuce. I love Arby's, but for starting pay of $10, you need tohire better people or train them better. We went there to grab a quick bite. No one answered the drive thru speaker. We had to get their attention. All that was said was... "welcome to Arby's", we gave our order and silence. Like two minutes later someone, a different person, came on and gave samelame excuse. When we started our order, we told there was no brisket. So I started my order, and the person was very snippy "Ijust said there's no roast beef", so we drove off. Read more

Worst service! Drive through was closed at 4:45pm. Went into location and there were 3 employees understandably they were... understaffed. I placed my order and waited patiently for 15 minutes. The shift supervisor called my name and stated they wereout of fish. Keep in mind the customer after me placing my order received their fish order. The shift supervisor wasn?t friendlyand only offered me a refund. I won?t be visiting this location anytime in the near future. Read more

Poor service and the girl and there's gotten attitude stand there for 10 minutes and she still doesn't help me with nobody else... in this in there it's 5:25 on a Thursday so I asked her if she can help me and she said she had to wait and she had to takecare of outside customers or whatever that's just pulling upI said I'll take my business somewhere else. usually I love this location. and I have never left a review like this, but this is absolutely unacceptable. . there is almost... never a line, And at the window you are usually greeted by a competent crew, however, tonight, I was rushed through ordering,set up the window for a short time, And then given this ?ultimate BLT? I am much too tired and irritated to go back up there andreturn it. however I do hope that somebody from management reaches out to me, or else I am forced to not return. i?ve been afaithful customer here for almost 6 years now? and have never received a BLT with one size of bacon on it. whoever was Preparingthis sandwich, should be cleaning toilets, not making food for people who spend hard earned money at your establishment. I know Arby's isnt everyones cup of tea but it is definitely one of my favorites. This was my first time going to this one and... this facility was very nice and located in a great place. It was very clean inside and the sitting area was well put together. The customer service here was actually rather good! We had a decent wait for our food, so the lady gave us an extra milk for thekids. They have the making to be really good they just need to work on making the food and being prepared to make the food in atimely manner. They can make the food very well that it's almost worth the wait. Once they get the time thing down this will beupgraded to a five star review. Read more

This Arby?s isn?t bad. It?s in a good location, inside is nice and clean. Food was good. Crinkle fries aren?t too good. Needs... ketchup. Staff was friendly. You can tell they are distressed though. With walk in orders and drive thru they struggled to getorders out and bagged in an organized manner. Not sure what the disconnect is. However we waiting 22 minutes for our order. Tocompensate we got milks that expire in a week. I get food service workers grace since I get the struggle. Maybe a week closed totrain would be beneficial though. Read more
