I'm a bit partial to this place because my son Steven Sierra is a chef in the kitchen. The food is amazing. The bourbon chicken... plate is a must as well as the ribs! Delicious! We went in a large group and were treated like royalty. Best manager ever! Read more
I dislike this location so much. I've been here several times and the service is just horrible. From the moment you walk through... the doors it just goes down hill. This location lacks personality, doesn't get your food right, drinks are watered down,disregards food allergies thst you tell them about, doesn't know much about the food items, and they are just dismissive. I comehere in spurs to see if maybe they will get it right, but nope each and every time is bad. Read more

Service wasn?t the greatest. Wasn?t impressed with how my wings came out either. They didn?t look how they normally look when I... order them. I would rate the restaurant lower. But I understand when it?s low staff and everyone is overworked. So I thankeveryone who came to work that day. But hopefully things get better soon. I still enjoy this location and will be back. We went to the Applebee's on Ft. Apache and Tropicana, Monday night 12/14/20. Our time there was really nice. Upon arriving we... were greeted and was informed by the Manager about the new requirements of needing a reservation. The Manager graciously tookdown our reservation information and seated us within 5 minutes. Our server was very attentive and professional. We decided onthe chicken and shrimp dinner 2 for $27. OMG!! The food came out piping hot and our server cautioned us that the plates werehot. Along either the $5 Holiday Drink specials, this was the perfect place serving the perfect meal, and provided EXCELLENTservice. Thanks to all. Read more

Food is usually pretty good, but service is always slow. Last few time we ate there our water glasses were empty the entire... visit and the waitress sat at a booth laughing with the manager, counting their tips. You get what you pay for. Read more
