Nov 12 6:08 we got there to a really nice friendly and attentive waitress but he?s shift was sadly over after our food was serve... and we got another waitress but my family and i literally just walk out after waiting for 30 minutes to see if they were goingto bring my daughter(turning 4) ice cream chocolate cake that was order for her birthday dinner she ofc was super excited butafter 30 minutes of nobody coming around we payed our bill and just left our second waitress customer service really suck? Went to Applebees with some friends for Veterans Day. They give vets a free meal from their veteran day menu. The service was... good, bartender was quick the server was quick as well. The food came out fast nice and hot. We tried some drinks had themblended pretty tasty. Portion sizes were good. This location was clean and not too crazy busy. They also offer happy hour atthis location with daily specials. Read more

While having dinner on Thursday, my daughter started choking off a chip that was stuck in her throat. I jump up scared to death.... The manager Anthony observe what was going on and went into action. He ran like a Super Hero. It meant the world to me becausemy heart was on the floor. We were able to get the chip removed and he even gave her ice cream after dinner ????????. Thanks,for hiring a manager who ?cares?. Justin is an amazing server. We dine in often and he is our server 9 out of 10 times. He isfriendly, fast and the reason I travel miles to this location.
