So I've gone here to dine in twice and ordered online once and the service everytime was just not good. The food is okay but... both times the servers were just not attentive. We didn't receive utensils until almost 15 minutes after our food was given tous. They took a very long time to bring us our check and at some point I had to ask another server where ours was because hejust disappeared for 20 minutes. I was just about ready to walk out. The online order was missing all the sides and theinstructions for no cheese was also ignored and it had to get thrown away because we are lactose intolerant. It's just notgreat. De Sean was very unpleasant. The manger was able to get us a new server and Marco was amazing! Desean messed up our order with... food items someone was allergic however Marco gladly fixed the issue and made out visit the best. Read more
We always order the 2/$25 deal and it?s awesome!! The entrees available on the deal are what we would order anyway, so it?s... perfect. The spinach and artichoke dip is AMAZING!! The Three Chicken Penne is my absolute favorite!! So creamy and cheesy. Read more
Awesome service sat at the bar had a couple drinks while I ordered the riblet platter with double mashed potatoes To go.Caitlin... was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and was great ????,my food was delicious and I got it pretty quick.I willdefinitely come back again and soon . Well, that was an epic fail, they set the standards for the epic fail. My guy and I dig on and joke about the Applebee's song, I... had a hair-brain idea of reserving and setting a table for "date night", met with the manager Angela who was totally cool and onboard an promised the restaurant would be on-key. I got flowers and candles, dropped em at the restaurant, promised the tablewould be set for our timed reservation, my excitement level was at an all time high, ......I'm about to rule date night. Heckyes. So we get ready, I get babe pumped up for a surprise, we get there.....no table. Setting.....no candles.....at this pointall efforts are lost. Server isn't paying attention to the table, drinks are empty and the mood is dwindling. Needles to say,poor service, poor attention to detail, poor quality. Love the enthusiasm Angela showed, had she been there all would have beenon point, ,unfortunately not the case and the night manager dripped the ball epically and managed to put a massive damper on theevening. Would not recommend this location in the evening, not based on food quality, but on service alone. Read more

Was back in Las Vegas and went to this establishment with a fellow UNLV alumni. Staff was attentive and food was well prepared... -- and this was at a restaurant that appeared to be understaffed (employees were really hustling). Food was prepared with theconsistency that we've grown to love at this place. Definitely recommend! Read more
