What an amazing experience! From the hostess to the waitress to the rest of the staff, we'll done Bobby. You have a well oiled... machine. The food was magnificent, delicate, tender, tasteful, just taste buds going off. The waitress was so helpful with thewine selection based on what we were planning to eat and the type of wine we liked. Definitely will be fasting all day next timeto eat more menu items! Outstanding experience from start to finish. Bobby Flay literally brings us the flavors of the Mediterranean right to your... table. The dinner starts with a personal review of all the fresh fish; you inspect and select them. They are weighed and thengrilled whole or filleted, and brought to your table family style with an assortment of sauces. The fish was so fresh andtasty, I didn?t need any sauces but they each tasted great (Meyer lemon and capers, red pepper and chili pesto, or salsa verde). The appetizer of grilled octopus was the best ever (tender melt in your mouth) Pasta fresh and equally tasty. We ordered a NewYork Steak and it was also perfect. Awesome fresh and healthy experience! I would have given 6 stars or more. We had a great dining experience. Our server Michelle did her part; we were blown away by... her in-depth knowledge of the menu and the different flavor profiles of all the dishes. She helped us to navigate through themenu and make the right meal choices. Needless to say that the food was on point and super delicious. Came with coworkers and had appetizers, main course(s), and dessert. Server was exceptional, knew the menu inside and out and... provided suggestions based on our party size. It was about 15-20 minutes in between courses. The presence of the food wasphenomenal. In addition, when the servers came to drop off the food, they would always wipe the table. New dishes were given outwith each new course. Pistachio was my favorite dessert and the steak was nicely flavored! Read more
Just a very fun and interactive dining experience! We were able to choose the seafood for our entree at an in-housefish... "market", which came with an educational presentation from the chef providing an overview of the qualities of each availablefish. It was just as if you went to a seafood market and cooked a fish that was caught that day. The service was impeccable. Ourwaiter offered wonderful advice based on his experience, as well as listening to our own personal tastes. We were made to feellike VIPs during our entire dining experience. Bobby Flay knows how to run a restaurant, and hires staff who share his vision ofproviding a stellar dining experience. Apart from the fantastic service, the food was phenomenal. Food was delicious! They had a 3 course meal plan but I really wanted try the squid ink pasta. The food was very delicious and... surprisingly the portions were a lot heavier than it appears. By the end I was very full even though I felt like I didn't ordertoo much. Also on a Saturday our party of 3 was able to walk in easily. Highly suggest if you want to treat yourself on Vegas toa nice restaurant. Read more
Don our server was amazing. We walked in at opening time and sat right at the bar without a reservation, they have a nice big... seating area for people without reservations, first come first serve. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful the attention todetail is perfection. The menu is innovative and refreshing everything I had from fried squash blossoms to pistachio ice creamwas absolutely delicious. Read more
