We had Margarita Pizza and Lasagna. Pizza was good but the Lasagna was very tasty plus they used thinner flat pasta they way I... like. The minus one star was because the table next to us spoke at such a loud level and was cursing almost every other word!???????? Taylor Our server was really great! Read more

During a recent stay at the Encore resort, my wife and I had dinner at Allegro in the Wynn property. It was a return visit for... us... Allegro is one of our favorites in Las Vegas. The restaurant itself is adjacent to the casino, so one might think that itmight be loud, crowded, and subject to cigarette smoke wafting in. However, this is not the case! Upon entering Allegro, youare transported from the busyness of the casino to a relaxing, upscale restaurant. High ceilings. Open concept kitchen area. Red leather chairs. Black and brown wood. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu choices. My wife andI have a dairy allergy, and the waitstaff worked with the kitchen to modify our dishes, as well as offer a selection of vegandishes. They also have a nice wine list! My wife ordered the vegan Bolognese and I had, pasta carbonara, a chef special, thatwas excellent. Our waiter suggested a bottle of Ridge Zinfandel that paired wonderfully with our meals. A great experience.Highly recommended if you are staying at the Wynn or Encore. Read more

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Allegro located inside the Wynn. My son and I shared a pizza, and got... to taste the veal parmesan our friend ordered. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a datenight or a friend's night out. There was also plenty of room for even bigger groups. Read more

So good! Wynn/Encore has 3 Italian restaurants. This is the most affordable of the three. Sinatra being the most top notch and... Ciprianis at #2. But for the price difference definitely check out allegro! It really isn't much more than a local fine diningItalian restaurant. I had the potato gnocchi. Top notch! Read more

Came here by myself, staff and my server kept asking if I was waiting for someone else. My server was not attentive at all. I... saw her a total of two times, once to give me water and once to order. A man who was not my server attended to me twice, whichwas confusing. The food was pretty average, bread and oil was good, Cabernet was good, chicken Parmesan was just average. Myserver did not come give me a check and the man that occasionally attended to me who was not my server ended up bringing it forme and a box. The foods okay the service is just horrible. Read more

The food was great and the place had very good ambience. The staff was also great and quick with taking orders and checking up... on you. I would recommend any of the pizzas and the salmon I had was the best salmon I ever had. The desert was not anythingspecial but I would totally recommend going here Read more

This is a nice place... however some dishes are "overloaded with tomato paste". Too much tomato can ruin everything. Though, we... are not "salty eaters" we could definitely tell that all dishes definitely needed more slat. The veal parm was overloaded withtomato paste and it ruined the dish, the same goes for the egplant parmesan. If you have sensitive stomach with high aciditystay away from that dishes, it will ruin your night. The Imposible meatball and spaghetti were spiced wrongfully and had badaftertaste, no one ate it. The grilled octopus was ok because it did not have the right sauces on it and the baking temperaturewas wrong for it. It was too hard to chew it. Also, the greens with it were chosen incorrectly. The soup was ok... needed moresalt though. The pappardelle wild boar ragu was amazing after I added some salt.???? The sauce had the right sourness andtexture. The pasta was delicious ????. The Margherita pizza was delicious! The dough, the sauce, the spices were correctlycombined, I surely will miss it. The cesar salad was dry, more sauce was needed there The black tea was not aromatic andtasted cheap. Special thanks to the serving personal for being prompt and professional. Hope to see you soon and try moredishes. Read more

I liked what I ordered (chicken Parmesan). It was a bit chewy but not too bad. It's pound into a flat piece with marinara tomato... sauce and cheese on top. The pound cake soaked in rum was excellent. The wait staff were all on the ball. I'd return to thisplace. Read more
