Worst customer service I?ve had. Where to start? I ordered a #7 and I was missing a chili cheese dog. 2 of my chili cheese fries... barely had any cheese. I ordered 20 cheddar peppers and I had to pay for the dipping ranch smh. And last I ordered 3 smalldrinks and I did not receive them. I told the females working there they forgot my drinks. They replied where?s your receipt? Ididn?t receive a receipt. Then she replied with attitude that the worker always hands out receipts. If she did I wouldn?t beasking. SMH. So disappointed Read more
I've always been a wienerschitzel food fan since I was a kid. But I've gotta say. The prices have gone up and the quality has... gone down(and I'm not just speaking about the schnitzels restaurants) Im speaking on all the different restaurants. It's kindasad. Since the pandemic it seems like the employees don't really care and it's mostly the younger generation that runs them now.Kinda like they don't value thier work ethics as the older generation did. As a younger person I worked hard to become amanager. Hell, I ran donut shops as a younger teen and by the time I was 18 I was running pizza shops. There was more honorin what we did back then. Ok, sorry for my sob story. I'm still a wienerschitzel fan but it's just not appealing to me as it wasback in the day. The chilling are sloppy and there's not much care into making them anymore. Terrible experience. The girl running the drive through named Karina is the rudest drive thru person I've ever had the... displeasure of interacting with. Idk who hired her but she should not be interacting with people since she clearly doesn't knowhow to talk to them. She rushed through my order, charged me for stuff I didn't order and forgot to add things I did order. Shehad a terrible and nasty attitude the entire time. You know, fast food everywhere is struggling for good help. This place is no exception. There were only 2 people working (the... 3rd spent a lot of time stand around). The drive thru was more important to them. We stood for awhile b4 we could give ourorder. The place filled up after us. Once we finally got it, the burger was horribly greasy. Fries to, they were tasteless, except of course for old geese. The drinks were ok. The Chicago dogs were Sloppy which would be OK I guess except for the soggybuns. I looked for a knife and fork (which weren't available). Needless to say we were sorely disappointed. Save your $. Find anice place to go (where the tables are actually clean, and the floor isn't dirty ugh). Later that evening neither of us feltvery good. I found a disgusting dead fly in my cheese fries at this location. Im am adding pictures of it. When I opened the box the dead... fly was rght on to of the fries in plain view! There is no way they did not see it. I brought it back snd got my money returned.They were not even shocked about it. Avoid this place like the plague, they probably have it! Read more
I Ordered food and it was rushed, I'm not sure when nobody was in line! Ordered an watermelon lemonade and boy it had more ice... then Alaska. My hotdogs where smashed like the hulk made them fresh.
