What a joke this place is. First, I tried to place a side order for pick-up over the phone which they said they couldn't do. I... was told I had to place it in person or place it over the internet. So next, I tried to place it over the internet three times,and their website kept placing different side orders! Go to McDonald's or Burger King!! Read more
Was just there when it wasn?t busy with a full staff. The girl in the front has no idea how to multi task. There was a 4 top in... the restaurant that just ordered, the cooks were waiting to make something and I had a large order. The girl in the frontcouldn?t at least let them know to get started on burgers because I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order. She needs to beretrained or back with the cooks because she has zero customer service. ???? Read more
I eat here more often than I should, but they have always made very good burgers. They have always been consistent. I've eaten... at many Wendy's and this has always been very good. Keep up the good work. Everyone has always been friendly. Read more
We had take out here with two different salads which were phenomenal a baked potato and two vanilla frosties and all I can say... is superior service and wonderful food! Read more
Shockingly rude staff that cussed me out and flipped me off as I was leaving. I don't eat out often but when I do I usually go... for Wendy's. They are expensive and usually quality...I will never go to this store again. Calling corporate tomorrow...! Read more
We ordered two medium chocolate frosties and some food. They were half melted, foamy, and almost room temperature. Not frosty at... all!! I couldn't even eat mine. I would completely disagree with their commercial stating their fries are better than McDonaldsfries. Although they are better than the rubbery cold sticks you would get before, they still aren't the best. Read more
