They have some good coffee options. My kid loves hot chocolate and sometimes we go here for convenience but it is WAY too... expensive - more then $5 is crazy. But the coffee is decently priced if you don't get the specialty drinks. PSL is my guiltypleasure but I wish it had less sugar in it. Read more
I put in an order on the mobile app about ten minutes prior to arriving to the store . I waited in line for my order for another... 10 minutes. I get to the window and the woman tells me I need to go park in the parking lot and wait for my order because thetea bags for my London Fog are still steeping. I waited in the parking lot for another 10 minutes when a worker walks out andbrings me the baked good ordered but not the drinks. We ended having to go in the store and get the drinks. I don't understandhow an entire team of people that make drinks all day can't figure out how to serve up a correct order in a timely manner. Whatis going on here? Why does it take 30 minutes to get a drink? I don't know why I come back to this location, there's always anissue here. The Telshor location is so much better. Read more

Drinks were great but customer service is lacking. The drive thru check out lady was the least nice person I?ve encountered in... Las Cruces. She was not engaging in fact ignored me and went on about her conversation with the male barista. Also, she was rudewhen I requested my drink to be stirred as opposed to shaken. I?m glad I have always been met with the friendlies associates atthe Sonoma ranch location they?re the best in town! Read more
This is our favorite local Starbucks! It can be quite busy at times, especially during the morning rush. There is a drive thru... at this Starbucks can can also create a bit of a back up in the parking lot! This Starbucks location was recently updated and Iloved the new live-edge wood counter so much I put the same kinds of shelves in a new addition in our home! Read more
I love Starbucks and go to this location frequently. But tonight they used caffeinated coffee instead of decaf. this is a huge... concern as I can not have caffeinated coffee as it makes me feel sick. Baristas should pay attention to what kind of coffee theyare using even if it's right before closing time. Read more
