This restaurant started out real strong when they were brand new & had corporate here training. I have gone three or four times... now. They are not cheap. For the price, the chicken is now mediocre. The sides weren?t bad. It was strange walking in, there wasa meeting going on directly behind the pick up counter where staff grab the orders when ready. Several employees looked at me,but no one acknowledged me. Then the young man working the register hustled around and took my order. He called me ?boss? about10 times, which gets a little old, although he was polite. No one in back could tell him if they had Coleslaw, so he had to runand check himself. The chicken didn?t smell like it had been fried in clean grease. The flavor was still fine but when Ireheated the pieces remaining today I noticed the same thing. Will be trying Kentucky Fried again. Was happy to see this place open up in Las Cruces. Usually get their spicy chicken, which is great, but finally tried the... chicken sandwich, ridiculously good. Always get red beans and rice as my side, which is always good and consistent. Add somegood sweet tea and this is a winner. For a new location service has been mostly good. Read more

Came in and dined in with my family for the first time at this location and I want to say that Aaron the gentleman that was at... the front counter went above and beyond, as a General manager I can honestly say that this guy is definitely a keeper. Dined in. Welcomed quickly. Men's bathroom soap dispenser broken and laid to the side. About every table inside was dirty. ... Sat at the one with the least crumbs . Wasn't too busy inside. It's new so definitely has some kinks to work out. Also since it's new the lines are incredibly long!! Expect to wait at least... an hour if not more depending on what time of day you are going. Once you know what you want to order, have two to three backupoptions as there is a good chance they won't have what you want. Expect them to get your order wrong. Double check your orderbefore driving off!! They tried to run us off missing a drink, two sides, and our biscuits. I hope the service at this placegets better. The food wasn't too bad. Read more

Worst food experience ever.... i understand the wait because of it being new, yesterday we went it was cash only and once again... understandable they are working out the kinks. The cashier was apologetic for the wait and was nice, i ordered 4 sandwich mealsand a kids meal when we arrived home the mac and cheese was so slimy and cold, we were missing the kids drink, all of our frieswere cold and gross and unedible, two of the sandwiches had 2 bottom buns and one sandwich had a long hair completely wrappedaround the pickles. I tried calling the number listed for over an hour and when they finally answered the boy i talked to saidthe manager was busy.
