Girl was curt and in a hurry. No ketchup and very few napkins not enough for each of us. My husband dropped meal from flimsy... bags, they gave us some sturdier once the meal fell out of bag which they should have done from the beginning knowing the weightof meal. There was no sympathy they directed us to go to waiting parking spot instead while they brought out sturdier bag. This was not during a busy peak. Read more
They don't even try to get the orders right. This location has been bad since day one. Gets worse and worse. You can tell them... they gave you the wrong order, tell them what you actually ordered, and they still give you the wrong order. I don't evenunderstand how every single drive thru worker cannot get the orders right. Read more
Worst McDonalds in town! Left us waiting for an order over 15 minutes, then when I went inside, they said they had a shift... change and I had to place my order all over again. To top it off, what they gave me still wasn't right. There was a lobby fullof angry customers with same issues. Shut this place down or train your workers properly! Read more
Went through the drivethru and they were rude. My burger and fries were cold, almost as if everything they had was premade hrs... before placing my order. I ordered, paid and got my meal within 1-2min. I like my burgers made when ordered and still hot, notcold and premade. I will not return. Read more
Don't go here. It's bad... Impressively bad. Hard biscuits, smashed food, crusty buns, always out of soda, drinks with... literally 3 ice cubes or completely full of ice, very inconsistent. Chocolate shake with strawberry at the bottom. We live aquarter mile away and have been here many times but now we drive 5 miles to the location on Main Street if we want McDonald's.We never expect much from any McDonald's, it's cheap fast food, but this place wins the worst McDonald's award. Not a big fan of McDonald's! But my grandchildren like it. Was in the area for a baby reveal of twin great grandchildren. Went... to the closest McDonald's to grab some burgers for lunch for all the kids running around at the house. Ordered a large coke zerowhich not all McDonald's have. Figured I could sit and drink while I waited for the burgers. Let the person who looked like theymight have been in charge know that it was only spitting out carbonated water so asked if they were out she said no but mightbe a few minutes before they could get it changed and would I like to choose something different, told them I had dietaryrestrictions and couldn't. I asked about how long told about 5 minutes. I said ok figured I had at least that long before thehalf dozen burgers I had ordered were done. However, in their defense it was lunch rush but it also looked like they had atleast 6-8 people working but again waiting for the food. She came back a minute later said should be working, checked it stillthe same, went back up to let them know she came back a few seconds later said sorry doesn't seem to be working. Would I like arefund accepted that, burgers were done took them and left. One final note. I could be wrong but all evidence in my mind pointsto not. Unfortunately for them not only did I manage a couple of convenience stores but because of that when I worked at a Sam'sclub I changed bag-in- the- box's several times and if you know what you're doing, which most of them working that day shouldhave it takes less than a minute. I ordered a nugget meal and cheeseburger ???? with fries. They forgot the drink so I had to pull over to wait for a sprite. I... don?t know what would help Make the order clear. I've stopped here several times usually because really convenient to home and really hungry but don't want to cook. Each time I... tell myself it's not worth it but think maybe it will be better this time. It never is. Stale buns cold food or always out ofsomething. Read more
