Ordered in advance with the app I have limited time to eat, paid for my food when i arrived, 3 people that ordered after I... paid got their orders before I asked an employee about my order. His response "I don't know" and went to filling other orders. Iasked for a manager or someone that could give me some info about my order, manager came up and informed me that they fill theinstore orders before the app or online orders. I have to eat Gluten-Free, and their Unwiches (wrapped in lettuce, not bread) are generous & delicious...and most of all, don't... cause a reaction for me. I just wish it was possible to sub extra meat in place of the cheese (that comes with my favoritesandwich) without there being an extra charge, especially since I have to omit the cheese that is included in the price. Delivery took well over an hour. Food wasn't prepped right. Lady on the phone offered no solutions and instead gave me excuses.... I know customer service is a chore but come on when I say it's been forever don't give me excuses. The delivery location wasonly 3 and a half minutes away to top of off. Got my free reward sandwich, love the #9 with three meats, provolone cheese and great vegetables inside a fresh, baked. daily... variety of breads. Can't wait to go back again.
