Not ADA compliance have to step into restaurant and even the seating you have to step up into. Anyone with wheelchair or the... blind/visually impaired have difficulty eating at this restaurant. A solid Jimmy John's experience. Well staffed, clean and efficient atmosphere. My go to place for a solid sub sandwich nearby.... Music was a little louder than necessary and made for some difficulty in conversation. Read more

I didn't know what time they opened and accidentally walked in at 10am! (They had the doors unlocked, probably for the employees... to get in.) But the manager was super nice and (instead of kicking me out) let me order anyway! I felt super bad for coming incrazy early, but he was quick, friendly and the sammiches were delicious when we ate them at home. Ordered a meal for the family, order came and was left on a chair outside and no notice, full house and plenty of hungry folks... waiting for subs. Went to take the trash out and found other apt tenants dogs stopped by to eat the food for us. Called up jimmyjohns to find out why the delivery person either knocks like a mouse and ran away before making sure we had the food or didn?tring the bell. Was told that we should have been waiting outside for the order and guessed when it would show up. Also toldthat back in the day, they lived here and my apartment complex doesn?t have doorbells.
