Great customer service and moved the line fast. Donuts and iced coffee are always amazing no matter what time of day I go!!!!!
Honestly wish I would've taken a picture of the food. We placed o order ahead of time. Waited 20 minutes literally two cars... between my order and the time I left. I love Dunkin but having burned food and then repealing your customers twice is horrible.If we wait for our time and we're paying for goods and services you would think you would get food that wasn't burned. Orforgotten. Plus when I spoke up about having to repair the second time the girl got mad and said she had drive through times andthose are important. The worst Dunkin? I?ve been too. While I was ordering she kept I interrupting me I said ma?am I?m not done ordering my drink.... They didn?t get my order right and then argued with me on it. I said please just order what I?m requesting then they provided mea drink with milk and swirl had no taste of coffee. Went through the drive through again to pay for a second order. Horribleservice. Good Dunkin'! There tends to be a big line in the AM in the drive thru, but it goes fast. Today, I went thru the drive thru,... ordered, and THEN realized I left my wallet at home. I told them at the window, ran home and came back to pay. My food was stillwaiting and they even asked if I wanted anything remade! They're way too nice considering I was the one who forgot her wallet! Read more

Happy Easter, went here ordered 4 Boston cream filled dounuts and took a bite and had very little cream in all of them what a... disappointment. Then called the store and find out that they don't even fill them here they fill them in El Paso. But on theother hand the coffee was great. Wish our dounuts looked like the picture. Read more
