. Management fully to blame for tonight. Only one server and one cook on. Saw multiple people come and sit down only to walk out... because the ONE poor server simply could not keep up. Not to mention it?s homecoming night. While I did feel frustrated for thecook, he could not keep his composure. Our food was hardly edible, having moldy ham on my husbands sandwich and my Benedictlooking completely sloppy and unappetizing. But again, can?t fully blame the cook for not being able to keep up. Server was verynice and apologetic. Tipped him anyway for the trouble. Cannot say that we will be returning. Read more

Visited this establishment August 4 2022 at 11:30. Service is decent but slow. We had a small situation with our food and kindly... requested to our nice waitress if we could have something cooked a little more than it was. She kindly said of course. A fewminutes later the manager approaches us to ask how everything was. We let him know ok and what we had changed in our order. Hisresponse was "let me explain something to you" in a passive aggressive manner. He then explained to us about how to properlyorder our meals next time and the correct lingo to use.That the way we ordered was incorrect. I honestly didn't think it was abig deal, what made it a big deal was the managers tone and approach, almost upset interrupting us when we would try to respondand talk, he ended with I'm just letting you know for next time. To which one of my family members already upset responded with"there won't be a next time" It was not a busy morning it was not packed we were not rude. There was at least 5 different wayshe could have approached, or he didn't even have to approach us at all. Especially when it wasn't even a big deal and was beingtaken care of. I would not recommend dining here. If you ever encounter a situation where you need a manager involved I don'tbelieve he will be able to offer any type of resolution due to his lack of professionalism. We ate breakfast yesterday at this Denny's and enjoyed not only the food but our server, Natasha. She was pleasant, efficient... and met all our needs. We hadn't been to Denny's in a while as the previous 5 to 6 times our experience wasn't great... foodnot exactly what we ordered & surly service people with an attitude. We decided to give it one more chance yesterday and areglad we did - thank you Natasha for making our experience a good one! Read more
DELICIOUS FOOD! Went there like at 10am... I'm not a coffee person, but I may have been converted after THIS coffee. It was wow!... As for the food, it was extra yummy! Ordered the French toast slam and my husband ordered Southwestern Benny breakfast(orderedthe egg as omelet). Food was well done, crispy and really hard to describe its scrumptious food... I'm definitely counting thedays to go back. And to taste that deliciousness again ???? I was satisfied. Service was excellent Waitress was very nice andattentive. Take my hat off for the chef! He/she was awesome ???? *I've gone other days and food was good. But that morning...wow! Wish I took pictures but it would do it justice... tasting it is better. My guess, it was the chef and maybe the time Iwent. Today 2/13/22 was not a good visit. We had good service from our waiter but when the food came out I had to call him back within... the 30 seconds he placed it down. There was 4 strands of hair in my daughters omelette. She didn?t want to eat it or send itback because she heard of what can happen when food gets sent back. I look and non of the cooks were wearing nets. Verydispleased and with not be returning back to this location. I did report this to this to the food safety bureau. We stopped in for a quick bite today. It wasn't too busy. I am always leary of this location. Sometimes it is ok and other times... it is very very bad. One time I ordered eggs over medium. They came out almost raw! When I cut into them clear egg whites cameout. Today the food was good, but the waiter was all over the place. Brought us our food. Then a couple of minutes later broughtout cold almost frozen tortillas. Then we had to ask for salsa three times even though I had ordered it with my meal. I also hadto ask for a refill on my coffee.
