We went through the drive through before lunch rush. The girl on the speaker was very polite and accommodating. The food came... out hot and fresh and fast. I had never tried the grilled chicken bites before so I tried those out today. Very good ???? The 8piece was a perfect amount. I love their frosted lemonade so had to get one of those! I love their waffle fries and Chick-fil-Asauce. They have a great variety of sauces and are never stingy with them. Will continue to come here. It's a little pricey, butI don't mind spending the money knowing that I will receive good service and great quality food. Read more
Just left the university location and was very dissatisfied with my experience. I had placed a mobile order for pick up and... waited for my order at the designated location. While waiting the manager, Vanessa, was calling out names for mobile orders.When it got to my order she did not call out my name to see if I was there. I saw her simply place my order on the pick up standand walk away. I walked over and grabbed my order and left. As I arrived to work I noticed that I had my honey mustard dressingfor my salad was missing as well. Although that shouldn?t be a big deal, it is considering I have a dry salad now. Awful service, both by staff and managers. I scheduled a pickup order and was charged twice for it try to get a refund for the... other charge. They told me that they would fix it after their lunch rush but did not take my name my phone number or any accountinformation. I'm a college student and Chick-fil-A is not cheap especially with inflation right now. This is probably the worstservice I've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A. I waited to talk to a manager for 15 minutes and still was talking to the regularstaff the entire time. Read more
Paid for an 8 pack nuggets, got 12. Messed up my shake but remade it quickly. Drive thru is different - 1 lane to 2 lanes and... back to a single lane. First time visit. Product was hot, fresh and cooked wonderfully. Read more
Food is always usually great but what gets one star is the service. Elisabeth the manager states you cannot get a refund on... delivery order not received because the order was fulfill. So even though you do not get your food your not entitled to get yourmoney back. Read more
This is by far the nicest Chick-fil-A that I have been in. The building is beautiful and spacious, the environment is friendly... and relaxed, customer service was wonderful and everything was clean and organized! I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A toanyone nearby. It is definitely worth the stop! Read more
