I?m a fan of this place. The food is usually pretty good. I ordered delivery this last time & was really disappointed in the... sizes of the salsa & queso. First they require a minimum of $30 for delivery which is fine, I ended up getting the small orderof chips & salsa and the queso to make it $30. These are the small in both. Not enough salsa for the two bags of chips wereceived and definitely not worth $5.50 for the size of queso we received . For the price I think the queso and salsas couldhave been bigger in my opinion. Read more
This is a to-go only location with a drive thru. Food is awesome - I love Chachi's. My new favorite is the chile con carne plate... smothered in green chiles! Also tue churros are amazing - get them with the caramel sauce, you won't regret it. Read more
Good food but every time you call for delivery they change how much the minimum cost for the order is! a two mile drive for them... requires you to spend 30+ dollars!? im just down the road and only ordering lunch I?m sorry I ain?t spending 30 or more dollarsso you can drive 4 minutes to my business and then of course tip is not factored in that?s additional. A little inconvenient when I was told that they only took cash, PayPal, cash app or venmo after waiting in line. I have non of... those. Had to hit up my banks ATM. When I returned had to wait in line again. Takes the express out of Chachis Express. Read more
I have ordered repeatedly & tonight was the first time my entire order that was $60 plus a service charge & delivery charge was... completely wrong after 2hours waiting for the solution on it being either refunded or simply re-made & brought back out thenthey were closed with zero resolution! Food is delicious the service is good to me I don't want to lose it so the people that don't tip at the halfway house don't... deliver their food till somebody does too or just don't serve them there's about 4 are 5 of of us that tip every time butappreciates so the ones that don't tip the halfway house I wouldn't deliver the food Read more
I really love going to Chachis but I recently went a couple days ago and they messed up my order. I ordered the steak fries with... queso and the person repeated it back to me and went to pay. My boyfriend noticed that when we started driving there was a hugetub of queso and we looked and there was nachos. We went to bring the food back and she said she heard nachos even though sherepeated my order back to me with the fries.
