(Updated review) Once again, the food is good as expected. It appears the offers seen in ads are available though. The crew adds... extra ketchup and dipping sauce even when I forget to ask for it. (Old review) They pretty much do none of the special offersthat the rest of the locations in the country does. The food has been fine when I go but it is annoying seeing ads for thingsthe local BK just won't do. If you switch your location in the app the missing ones appear on the offer page. Read more

Their menu wasn't up-to-date since they didn't have several things. Then we were forced to wait over 10 minutes only for our... fries to be incredibly cold ???? Not even the first time we've had bad service as well. Read more

I love burger king but this place isn't great getting the right order in general second time maybe their short staff or need... more training these past two months my order has been a mistake by taken the order wrong disappointed on the food for reallypoor quality.Manager wasn't really helpful or any professional apologize another staff member was really helpful by redoing myorder. Hopefully improvements happen they have a good location buy I'm starting to wonder why it's always empty now. Read more

Worst Burger King on the planet!! Whoever the franchise owner is should be really concerned. Just got the new southwest whopper... and drove all the way home. Literally three pieces of lettuce no guacamole and two onions!! I?m a cool customer so I just calledand asked for a refund which they gave. Read more

For the most part, I have had good experiences with this Burger King. However, their ice cream maker has been down for several... weeks. When I tried to call them to see if it was fixed, I received a message that their phone number no. no longer worked. Ithen went in and was told that the ice cream maker still didn't work. Finally, I was told by the "manager" that Burger King has"no control of their phone number on the internet, twice". REALLY? Read more

This is the 3rd time I come here & the 3rd time my order is wrong or missing items or both. I ordered 2 Deluxe Chicken... Sandwiches & I got 2 regular sandwiches with pickles, this is the 2nd time. I called & told Vincent about the situation & heasked, "Do the sandwiches not have lettuce & tomatoes?" No Vincent, they DO NOT, if they did, I wouldn't be calling, would I?(not what I said but geez) then he was like, okay, bring them back & I'll replace them. Well, thank you for that, that's mightynice of you Vincent!! Let me just drive right on over cause I've got nowhere else to be & gas is so cheap, practically free.Here are pictures of the sandwich & receipt. Also, I had to pull off to the side & wait for my drive through order only to haveto go inside to get a missing item, guess I should've opened up the sandwiches too & returned them right there & there. This burger king is frustrating. First they always sound annoyed on the intercom taking your order. Second they make you wait at... the first window while they get your drinks even though you still have to go to the second window to get your food. It has madethe wait time longer expecially when their busy. And thirdly always check your receipt because they dont put everything youorder on there and ALWAYS check your bags.
