Smokehouse brisket large crinkle fries and large sprite absolutely delicious. I think I'm gonna go get another right now. Still... as delicious as ever. I really love when I'm able to get Arby's. I know I'm sitting here writing this review while I'm stillheated and I know that I will be back there again. I always receive great service but tonight was by far the worst. I understandgetting busy at work, I even understand making a mistake (messed up my order) nobody is perfect, but to make me pull forward inthe drive thru and then just forget about me that's not right and that's what set me off. The classic roast beef sandwiches are always great, but the new wagyu burger was complete garbage. It is dry and chewy.
This place is just terrible I tried there Mac and cheese before and it was by far one of the worst things I?ve ever consumed. It... can?t be the employees faults either cause I tried it at another location as well, and it tasted just as horrible. Therenovation took what small amount of joy I had for this establishment away. Stopped in for a quick drive thru order of two Rubens and had a coupon for the two Arby's classic. Waited for 25 min on order... and the meat is no longer the shaved Roast beef! What's going on? Thought you advertised Arby's we have the MEATS?!?! Themeat looked gray and wasn't shaved looked like lunch meat it didn't even taste the same. For the price you charge I could havedone that! Yuck!
