Any time I come to this Wawa, I get great service. I love Wawa and I loved working for them when I did work there. This location... is usually out of what I want when I get there but they always make sure I'm okay with whatever they offer to replace it with.I'm glad they go out of their way to make their customers happy, and that's what I love about Wawa. Gentlemen working the food counter at the moment gave my doordash driver a TERRIBLE time just because I asked her to check if... all my food was in the bag. (it wasn?t, as per usual. When a person pays at the pump for fuel, I should not have to walk inside wait in a long line because I have to have my receipt... for work it's not fair any way shape or form, it takes up my time because they don't do their job and all I got was a bunch ofexcuses useless excuses and do you think they sent somebody out to fix it right away and put paper in it NO!!!!! It's like theywant you to walk in the store hoping that you'll buy something cuz you're in there. There are too many other places to buy gasthat'll provide the service that people like myself need to go on with my day it should be about the customer not about them Read more

This is my go to gas station and quick pick for drinks or a small bite to eat. I frequent this place multiple times a week as it... is very close to my home. However tonight I ordered uber eats from here because it's was storming outside and I was already inpj's and starving. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, 2 subs for lunch tomorrow and 2 donuts for dessert. The pizza came halfdistorted with no pepperoni, a completely wrong sub and 2 donuts we didn't order. I drove myself up to the place and was veryupset. The staff was calm and respectful and insisted that they would make things right!! Indeed they did! They remade thepizza and it still wasn't right but gave me a refund. They remade my sandwich and let me pick out my 2 dessert donuts since theones we ordered we not available. They also let me have a free drink. Mario was my first point of contact and he was a gem.There was also a girl with blue hair that was very sweet and of course the girl with a pixie cut that gave me the refund. Thewhole experience was aweful except for the fact that these 3 employees went above and beyond to make it right and they need tobe acknowledged for that. We ordered hoagies Saturday night to bring to a concert. My order was totally wrong. Dripping mayo which I never ordered and... don't at all like also no pickles or onions. Toppings are getting skimpy too. Monday night 2 days later, my boyfriend went toget me a fresh, correct hoagie there. Normally we eat a hoagie once every 2 months but he wanted to get me a replacement. Icalled the Wawa at Starkey and Ulmerton in Largo as he was on his way. Manager Ashley said you must report incorrect orderswithin 24 hours, no credit otherwise. Sooooo. .he brings home paid for order and guess what!!!! Order was missing toppings. He'd called me from store and placed my order while I was on the phone and I told him what I wanted and entered my order #707.There was no pickles or onions. I called back manager Ashley and explained. She said no money, back, no replacement, basically"Tough". Ashley didn't seem to care at all about happy customers. She didn't offer an apology. Not at all!!! is Ashley management material. We will find another hoagie place. Total disappointment . I realize this isn't a crisis nonetheless itneeds to be noted. I came in and placed my order. I waited while the man working the kitchen was alone in serving a customer. He did well. A girl... named Mariha, who was stocking, knew I was waiting for 5-10 minutes, did not bother to help him. She apologized for the wait. I asked why she didn't help. She informed me she was doing her job stocking the store, She became argumentative and I asked hernot to argument my point. It went down hill from there. Again, she said "Im doing my job" I asked her again not to argumentthe point. At that time she asked me to leave the store and I did. What happened to great customer service? I will not beback.
