Worst Subway Experience. Just one guy working. When I went to pick up the subs, he was still taking in person orders. After... serving two people he said, he had been busy with the orders. And then he said, he doesn't have the ingredients. And then hesaid he can't cancel the order. He doesn't know how to, because he's new. Frustratingly soft spoken, couldn't hear him worth adime. They don?t deserve even 1 star. The worst ever! Never get my order right even though I -every time- add to my online order how I... need my order but never happened. They never look at your order carefully. Definitely will never go there again. This area has away better restaurants of all kind of food and even at lower prices. Read more
This subway has never been great but today I placed an order online for 6:55pm, as I only have 30 minutes for lunch preordering... is very helpful. I arrived at 7:05, my food was not ready or even out of the oven/toaster. The employee there pulled my orderout of the oven and dropped it on the floor, I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and accidents happen, however,this woman turned to the customer she was currently helping and said ?oh well, all the rest are frozen, they?ll just have to geta refund? watching it all happen I asked her if it was my order and she said yes, I asked if I could just replace it to whichwith a nasty attitude she replied if I wanted something I would need to get in the back of the line which now had 4 people in itbecause she?s busy. She also tried to hand me my receipt because she didn?t know how to do a refund for an online order and Iwould have to figure it out. I walked up to the counter and watched an older woman in the back doing prep work. She was opening bags of shredded cheese and... pouring it into the metal trays that go on the line. All the while, she is wiping her nose with her hand. She finally noticesthat I'm standing there, walks up to the front and asks me what I'm going to have. I did not order. Read more
