I just walked in to this location because I?m so tired, moody and falling asleep. Maquina is the current barista. It is my first... time here and I absolutely want to come back. She was so nice and friendly. Said good morning right away and smiled. Even withthe mask it was so visible. She lifted my spirits and changed my mood. She talked to me, acknowledged me even while preparing myfood and drink order. I?m so glad she was there today. I needed all those good vibes she spreads around her. The lady that works here is very rude. My wife came in at 6:30 to order a drink and they close at seven and she acted like she... didn?t want to do her job. And I just saw her turn someone away five minutes before they close and they don?t close until 7?sowhy don?t you just tell your employees to do their job until the time clock is out? Read more
I go here way more than I should! And I usually order it before I get there. Well I MADE the my order wrong and tried to call... them. The manager had been on a corporate call the whole time. When I got there they remade the order. But due to the all theissues the drink was not right. So I called and spoke with John and he said come by tomorrow and we will do you right. My pointis none of us are perfect. I completely started this whole thing by making the online order the wrong size. They are thefriendliest, nicest staff ever! Well here it is. Just my personal opinion.. I know there are many fans of Starbucks.. I'm really not one. The stores/restaurants... are nice, nothing wrong there.. I just don't care for the taste of their coffee and i feel they are over priced. Still, if agood strong Flavored coffee is your thing, and it doesn't matter what it costs..you may like Starbucks. My rating is only a 4based on the prices. Read more
