Partners are rude every time I come to this location. During my most recent visit, my drink was made incorrectly and the barista... (Tana) argued with me that the drink was made correctly instead of just remaking it. Her shift supervisor advised her to remakemy drink, she remade it, and aggressively slid the drink across the counter to me and walked away. I did not come into the storewith an attitude, I simply asked for my drink to be remade. On top of that, this location always smells like rotten milk. First time here. 10:30 am and they're out of everything we ordered. Only ONE kind of coffee??? "You can wait 25 minutes we can... make what you want. I took the coffee... the burnt last of the pot?! Smh... so disappointing! Wow! No napkins, no stirrer, nothank you. Read more

I give a 4 because the service I slow here, always busy (which is good), the location is kind of bad due to it being a tough... place to turn in and park, and the drive thru line can reach out to the street. They run out of items sometimes. But thecustomer service is ALWAYS excellent! Read more

Sure great coffees but it's all about atmosphere and the mood created by the owners. The customer service , Air conditioning,... lighting, fresh smelling , clean, and clean bathrooms, I had been to two others coffee shops that morning and had just walkedout of them ...they sucked. I ordered an almond milk iced latte and the first one I got tasted like a cup of iced milk, so I went back and asked the barista... (short brown curly hair. Wearing a top hat with goggles on it) to remake it, she made it the same and was extremely rude aboutit. The picture is what I got the second time and the picture next to it is what it?s supposed to look like. Pathetic. This Starbucks has no soul. I'm on my way to work, and all I had was 70 cents. I politely asked for 70 cents worth of... coffee, and was turned down. I loathe this soulless excuse for a coffeehouse even more. Read more
