Avoid this location. They either cannot read or don?t care about online orders. Brown avocados on the chipotle chicken avocado... melt. Two pieces of old steak on the steak and cheddar sandwich. No cheese in the French onion soup when extra was ordered. Andno utensils that were requested. It would be great to get the food that was paid for, especially since it?s now overpriced. Read more

Very large store with lots of comfortable and clean seating options. Had some difficulty because apparently you can?t use a gift... card on their app to pay which was confusing but the employee could have been nicer about it plus was almost annoyed at aquestion of my friends order. Then treated the next customer much nicer asking if they had a rewards number (which I do have &wasn?t asked or able to use). Nice place, bad experience. (Panera gift cards in general also are useless in their app also.) Read more

In the name of organic and healthy, Panera is a scam. I paid 16$ for this salad and and half a sandwich. The bread was extremely... salty, the dressing on the salad was greasy. Don't understand how they promote this to be a healthier alternative with so muchsodium. I rather pay half the price and eat at a fast food. never going back. Read more

This is absolutely absurd. I?m already overpaying by eating at Panera, and then my $10 sandwich has next to no chicken salad.... When I went to the counter to show them I was then given a cup of another worlds smallest amount of chicken salad. The employeestold us that it?s one scoop per sandwich, a scoop of what a tablespoon? Pictures don?t do it justice to the little amount, notonly was this our issue but another woman and her son behind us were given a sandwich that had nothing on it as well. Read more

Came to this location on a Saturday night. It was empty so we were able to order quickly. Our food was served promptly. The... Greek Goddess salad was amazing, but the creamy tomato soup was lukewarm like it had been sitting awhile. Also most of thetables looked like they hadn't been wiped down. Maybe since it w as an hour before closing, but still. The cashier was veryfriendly though. Read more

This location does not have self service kiosks so there is always a wait. There was only one cashier, and 7 people in line.... After ten minutes I asked if we could get another cashier, and the answer was No. It took me 30 minutes to get my lunch, so Ireally don?t enjoy going to this location. My local one is fantastic. 2 kiosks, so I get my lunch in 5 minutes. Read more

Great salad, soup & breakfast place. Good coffee choices. Eat in or get delivery. Food is fresh high quality and fast if you... dine in. Delivery can be hit or miss depending on what you order and who you order through. Without naming names one app doesnot show your delivery in real time and then you get an email saying it?s almost there or even worse an email saying the orderhas been delivered when it has not. Some items in delivery feel lacking. for example the salads can feel like 85% lettuce andthe the rest on the top especially if you customize your order. Kudos to Panera for providing good options for delivery orders. The good far outweighs the bad. Overall well done. Read more
