2nd time eating here. First time was very impressed and satisfied on family vaca 3 years ago! Family vaca brings us here again... at this very moment! Server Ryan is awesome, friendly, and knows the food menu well recommending me grilled shrimp over coconut,explaining the reasons why helping me make a decision! Well first time here In clear water. Got a server who smell like he been drinking. He took part of our order appetizer and left.... Came back again about 10 minutes later and ask what can he get for us and said any appetizer. I advise him he already took thatorder over 10 minutes ago. He said yeah sorry what was it again. Told him again and we where ready to order and he walk away buyacting off like strange. We wait about another 10 and he came back to get our order. 15 minutes he comes back to get our orderagain. We told him again. 5 minutes later he comes back and tells us what are your orders?!?!?! Okay now I know this dude is onsomething. He then walks away and other worker came out to help us. They bring is extra stuff we did not order. He said justkeep it. Okay they bring our food out and it's all wrong. The manager showed up and fix everything and there was other tablehaving the same problem. Not sure if he was on something or just wad new. All our food was pretty good. In the beginning I ordered a sirloin that looked like a shoe sole:dry and with something black on... the top. But they had no problem to fix the issue. I've upgraded to prime rib and it was gorgeous. Juicy and very good. Lovedit. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice too. Read more
We had a Great Meal! Our server was "Sam" and he was Awesome!! Drinks, appetizers, and main course!! All perfectly timed and... Delicious!! Wife and Mother in Law tried the new chicken fried chicken with broccoli and mac n cheese! I was there for PrimeRib!! Got it "Outback Style" with a sweet potato... Outstanding!! My friend and I came here for a Sunday lunch/early dinner. We desired to be outside but our request was denied. Even though my... mood turned sour after this it was quickly changed by such a great server, Jenna. She exceeded expectations regarding service. My friend wasn't pleased w/ her pork chop meal. Here's a tip don't order well done pork chops. However this issue was quicklyresolved and with a pleasant attitude. I had the signature blooming onion which was a little oily but still very tasty. Thebrussel sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes were divine. My friend replaced the pork chops with a steak salad and raved howamazing it was!! But above all the server (Jenna) and manager went out their way to make sure we, the customers, had a greatdining experience. Read more
