Great food, large portions, great service, and great prices. Nice atmosphere, rustic, but very comfortable. Wide variety of food... options. Just another basic no frills diner. Older clientele that seems to have been coming here for a long time. While the food quality... is your run of the mill frozen and processed staples, there are also a handful of fresh items as well. The prices reflect thisso you get the value you expect at this price point. Would I come here for a quality night out at a scratch kitchen? Certainlynot. Would I come here for lunch or breakfast versus fast food? Personally no since this isn't the food quality point I enjoy,but I would tell others this is their niche. So if reasonable priced no frills food that is one step above fast food is whatyou are craving, this is your place. Read more
What a great family owned business. The server was very nice and patient with us. They had a very good menu option and breakfast... all day. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Definitely a great place to go and have a home cooked meal. Read more

I went here with my parents for an early Father's Day breakfast, and for the most part things were good. The food was very... tasty, great portion sizes, and there was very little wait time. Our issue (mostly mine) was with our server, Linda, and theuninvited pest at our table. The food we ordered was two mozzarella sticks, a cup of potato soup as starters, then a patty meltwith home fries, a breakfast skillet, and chicken souvlaki with fries instead of rice. I understand that most everyestablishment will have the odd roach or two, but to have it at our table... when was the last time the floor was swept? Nowonto the biggest issue I had with the visit, our server. At the start of the visit she was really nice, joking aroundcomplimenting my dad, just a normal visit. We ordered and when our food came, Linda put two tables' food on one tray and thenmade the comment "man you guys eat a lot!" And then later when we asked for boxes to take our uneaten food home, she made apoint to loudly emphasize "two LARGE boxes". For someone who works with the public, and is hopeful for generous tips, thosesorts of comments are unnecessarily rude and should be thought and not said. Her entire attitude changed from condescension andbullying to really nice and joking again once she was handed her tip. Completely unimpressed and the only reason for the 3stars and not 1 is because the food itself was great. Read more
We showed up for dinner. We really really really enjoyed the food. Service was amazing. Our dishes were brought to the table... very quickly, faster than I've seen before. The servers and the staff were very friendly. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Theother two in my party ordered liver and onions and loved them. I got breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly. The pancakes wereserved with warm maple syrup and they were extremely good. We will be back. In fact, we're planning breakfast here thisweekend.. We ordered 2 seafood platters and they were frozen and not cooked done. Everything was frozen not fresh. Soup was supposed to be... cream but like water. Home made bread taste stale. My great granddaughter ordered chicken. Can't go wrong with chicken. Wrong.Told waitress and lady at checkout about problem both were what do you want me to do. Two of us has worked food service foryears. For canned and frozen food over priced. Read more
