I walked in and was instantly greeted by all team members. I went to the counter to oder my meal and was greeted by Nikki. She... did an awesome job explaining the specials and the toppings. Her customer service skills are top notch !!! I had the Italian subwith chips and sweet tea. The restaurant was clean and neat. Nikki constantly was wiping down tables and assisting on thecounter. On 6/6/2022 around 12:40 to my surprise I had one of the best experiences in Firehouse subs. As a newly diagnosed Celiac it has... become very scary to eat outside of my own home. It's quite depressing not to be able to go anywhere anytime more. When I heardthey offered Gluten-free bread rolls I could not resist. When ordering my sandwich I asked if the person making my food couldchange their gloves do to my allergy. The manager I wish I had her name , made sure everything was sanitize everyone in the linechange their gloves they change the paper in the foil on the oven I don't know if this is customary at all firehouse subs but Iknow that I will definitely be returning to this particular one because not only did I enjoy my sandwich I did not get ill andit means so much to me that I have a place I can go and feel safe to eat! The medium brisket sandwich ???? is awesome. It melts in your mouth ????. But to expensive ??. Couldn't even get a drink bc then... it would cost me $15+. For 1 medium & 1 large it cost ???? $25. The employees are very friendly????!! Just a thought, whenpeople enter don't yell the greeting as soon as they open the door. It can be very startling. Firehouse is a national chain of hot sandwich shops. Their theme is fire department related and they give a percentage of their... sales to public safety. I have visited this location many times. It's never too busy and is usually pretty clean. Although ona recent visit it was raining and the ceiling was dripping. They serve hot sandwiches that are freshly prepared after youorder. I generally get a club sandwich, but have had a Pastrami and it's good too. My wife enjoys the turkey sandwich. Also,if you like Lime-Aid, give there Cherry Lime-Aid a try. Great service, very helpful. Low quantity meat. Needs variety hot sauce. Tastes awesome.
