They had nothing of what we wanted and were so freakin rude. Like how could you treat people like that. Girl who was working had... red hair and was probably in her 20s, guy that was working had a baby face and was brunette. You could tell he was trying hisbest but the lady was so rude. I would have given it a lower rating but the ice cream was good. The gentleman working in the ice cream area didn't know what... kind they had, didn't know how to make a chocolate sundae or how to make change. One person a lady was the only one that knewwhat she was doing but was running crazy. Don't let young kids behind the counter if they don't know what they're doing. Read more

I honestly have no idea why so many freakin people are complaining about this dunkin location! It makes me sad ???? I live maybe... 5 min from this dunkin location and I come here at least twice a day. I always go in to order food to go because if you do drivethrough you may have to wait a bit and it?s so much easier, sandwiches are always perfectly cooked and I love them extra toasty.Drinks to go at the drive through is always quick, and taste delicious! ?? my dunkins, I RUN ON DUNKINS!!! What happened to you Dunkin?! America can't run on what you're offering. Food is usually good, but drink, and all too often... service, fall very short. I used to choose Dunkin over Starbucks, now your prices are on par with one another, but Dunkin isserving trash coffee for the last 6 years. I just go for the food now. Read more
Picture for verification. First of all I want to say I am disappointed no one answered my call. They gave me spoiled milk in... this drink and will not answer their phone. I am already at work before I tried it. I am very disappointed that they did notanswer the call. Now they will be giving bad milk to more people. We stopped in for ice cream. I had cookies and cream and my wife had mocha almond fudge. They were both excellent. Service was... really good too. We were in and out very quickly. Kudos to Dunkin' donuts! Read more
I never leave reviews, but I can?t help it. I live near this establishment, and I have a toddler, so my wife and I stop by here... probably once a month or so for ice cream with the kid and/or coffee for us. Almost every single time we have gone here, theirespresso or latte machine is down. Every time we have gone to BR, they?re out of cones or sprinkles or fudge or all of theabove. It?s almost comical. I feel bad for the poor kids that work there that have to tell us that they?re out of everything.After today, we?ll never go back. Not sure who is responsible for inventory at this place, but they should be fired. Read more
