Good food, terrible burnt coffee. I've gotten better customer service at Popeyes. The person working the front was rude,... dismissive, and snide. No customer relations skills. I couldn't get in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order because theline was all the way out to the road, and she complained that I came inside. I never write reviews, but this experiencewarranted one. If I ever go back to Dunkin, I'll drive further away to avoid this location. Read more
I come to this drive thru every single day for at least The last 2 years. They have only messed up my order twice. And that is... perfectly fine because we are all humans and we all make mistakes. Dana at the cash register did her best. The fat guy with dreads at the drive through spent time checking his phone and the other... guy was like a clone of him...walking around doing nothing while customers are waiting. I will never visit this place again. Theguys are nasty and dirty at the window. No gloves on and steady wiping their noses between customers. The service is poor andutterly disastrous.
