Waited 10 mins to order just two coffees. Only one car infront of us. Always seems like they are having some kind of issues... that takes forever to get orders put in. Recommend going to another DD or coffee place. Read more
I love Dunkin! I come weekly almost daily, you have to get the app it is so worth it for frequent customers like myself. I love... iced lattes (different variety) cold brews, and refreshers. The wraps are okay for the price, I just don?t really like the eggbut it isn?t bad. Overall friendly staff, quick, decent price, delicious every time. We have been coming to this location on a daily basis for almost a year now and never had a bad experience until a couple of... days ago when we have been assisted by an employee named Ryan. My girlfriend ordered a 7$ dollar drink on a Monday which is theday this place happens to always be out of espresso beans. On Tuesday morning, we went to pick up her drink and was welcomedwith a very nasty, unprofessional, disgusting attitude from Ryan. He made us feel as we were liars, unwelcomed, and refused togive us the Dunkin Donuts headquarters phone number to address the issue to the right department. We will never EVER come backhere again, and have no desire to talk to such a nasty disgusting human being as Ryan. If he's gone, we might consider comingback here. It's sad to say, but it's the truth. Every other employee at this store is nice and kind, from George to the nicesweet blonde lady ( Sorry can't remember her name ). Came to get some ice cream at 7pm and the guy working said that they?re closed. According to Google, they should be open until... 9pm. What?s the deal? All the other Dunkin?s and Baskin-Robbins close at 9pm/10pm, what makes this one so special? UPDATE:Boyfriend and I ordered 4 scoops of Triple Mango ice cream and 3 scoops of World Class Chocolate ice cream. They gave me thewrong ice cream which was just pure chocolate, and they gave him a scoop and a half which he ordered 4. Mine was a 3 scoop icecream and had way more inside. We paid $16 for ice cream that?s only worth $10 or less. Also tried to go inside to return theice cream and there was a sign stating ?Drive Thru only?. Not for the working professional. Needed to get some work done before driving to my next site. Ordered coffee and donuts. I'll... give them 2 stars for atleast carrying the jelly donut holes. I showed up and saw they shut down the lobby, so that you can'twork in it. Then, some young chick gave me a hard time about working in my car, in a completely dead lot. Pick a differentcoffee house. I understand they are understaffed but waiting almost 20 mins for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. This is my closest Dunkin to me... and I have gotten to the point where I will drive further out my way to get good service in a timely manner.
