I went to the store last night for a treat for myself. Have always loved DQ burgers. I got home with two orders of french fries... no hamburger. Was so disappointed. Call the store the lady offered to replace it if I would come back but it was rush hour and Ididn't want to do that. She put my name in a book and said I was to come back anytime. I went back today and got my dinner. it'sperfect and very yummy. Everyone apologized. I certainly will go back. And I thank them kindly. Read more

So I've went 3 to 5 times to this location. My order is almost always messed up. The most recent time I went right before close... and when I tried to call them I let it ring hoping maybe someone will answer. Nope. But low and behold. There's an answeringmachine?!? But get this. It says your call can't be answered at this time and you CANT leave a message......in a full on Britishaccent..... I have so many questions. Why does a fast food joint have an answering service? Why does a fast food service havean answering service that you CANT leave a message on? But most importantly why is the answering service in BRITISH?! So Icalled it on speaker and we are all joking about how I must have wracked up a international calling fee for callingEngland...... only.... I realized it's in British.... Because. I. Called. The. My sister was super excited about getting her first Blizzard. After a bit of a wait at the speaker a nice dude took our order.... When we got to the window the young lady literally said nothing to us. Like NOTHING AT ALL! She barely even looked at us, It wasso rude. At least at McDonald?s they say Hi. Also my sister was super disappointed that she didn?t flip our blizzards she justhanded it to us like we were bothering her. My sister ended up flipping her own blizzard and though it didn?t fall out it didspill a little because the ice cream seemed like it was sitting there for a while and started to melt. Ice cream wasn?t anythingspecial and since the girl was so rude we?ll be going to Twistee treats next time. Read more

Unprofessional staff. Placed order on app for this location for cherry dilly bars and paid for them on app. Got to location and... was told don't have it. One girl was nice while the other girl was extremely rude. Explained it shows and allowed me to pay forit on app and they were out of medium cups so my bouzzard was put in a large and simply asked if they can just fill it up forthe error with their store and the app. She had an attitude about it. She needs to learn better customers service and storemanager needs to get it removed from the app if this location doesn't offer what the app says. Not the customers fault. Wouldenjoy contact from the store manager. Update after manager comment. No thanks I'll go to other DQ's in the area since you typeda generic response instead of asking me to reach out to speak to you or send you an email. This is this DQs take on ice cream with sprinkles they charge extra for. Pretty pathetic. The person at the window also read us... the order WRONG and we told them what the order should be, then they just interjected, said yeah yeah yeah and proceeded to giveus the wrong order like we didn't just tell them it was wrong. This new place is a disappointment. Won't be wasting my money ortime there again. It took forever in the drive through because it was apparent they were messing up the people's orders in frontof us too. All that wait and headache for that cone with nothing on it! Read more

Ordered at 3:15 Sunday June 26, one car in front of me?only a few patrons inside. I was Excited to see a new Dairy Queen close... to where I live. It took 10 minutes to take the order for the car in front of me. Then asked me to wait ?finally came back onthe intercom 5 min later. Took my order. THEN 20 minutes with the car in front of me. Finally asked her to pull up to the nextwindow. Then 15 more minutes while the manager tied up the register at the window to straighten out that order?.finally got tome. Dropped half my change. NO ICE TEA?so had to change my order. No problem. Got my order and sundae delivered without a top. Got home ready to eat?.wrong order. I was So looking forward to a flame burger and I got Nuggets! Oh while I was Waiting?10cars lined up behind me?several horns blew. Only 2 customers inside. Warning this restaurant is across from largo high.
