I went to this location yesterday 10/22/22 with my daughters and grandson. I ordered from the butter burger menu and did not... know that it wasn?t a meal, just the sandwiches. After paying, I noticed that no cups were given for drinks. I asked about cupsand was informed that I only bought sandwiches. The cashier did not offer the meal. I paid $23 for just sandwiches and another$8 for fries and drinks. The manager then came out and was very condescending, talking to me like I should have known how themenu was. I will not be returning to Culver?s because of their bad customer service. Read more

There was a TON of salt on my onion rings. Who puts salt on onion rings? I could not eat them, and I think they mistook them for... fries. Only 4 stars because there were too many employees standing around when they were very busy. But one stood out above thecrowd, employee Autumn is a WORK HORSE and deserves a promotion seriously like $5 more per hour!! Read more
Better than the average fast food experience. Order at the counter but food is brought to your table. Decor is on par with our a... little nicer than a Panera with an option to sit near a television mounted on a wall that reminded me of a fireplace. Culver's is pretty good, I love the chicken tenders, love bacon cheeseburger and that I'm able to create my own. love the dulce... cheesecake waffle cone. Staff is always super friendly and helps me decide what to get and recommends their favorites to me totry Pricing is higher than other fast food places but the quality of food here is much better so is worth the money in myopinion. Overall I'm pretty impressed with Culver's I've also had their salads which is yum. Keep up the good work Culver's! Read more
This place is always super busy but so good. I love the convince of curbside pickup. Order at home, check in when you arrive,... and they have it out to you super quick. I also love that when we go through the drive through my little man gets a pup cup! Read more
Always good for an after workout meal to undo all my hard work... but it's worth it. Lol Culver's deluxe us myngo to here. I... prefer the fries over the cheese curds but I am the only one. My family is all about the curds here. Finish up with a chocolatecustard shake. Soo good! Read more
