I have been a client for over 10 yrs always order the same thing. Never had an issue and if I did manager?s will be attentive.... But this time Manager Elsa didn?t take responsibility for getting our order wrong and was rude about it. Ordered food online. Got to store and store was slammed. Got inline to pay for what I ordered. People were trying to cut to the... front of the line. Employees were nice about letting them know where the line was and sending them to the back of the line towait like the rest of us. Paid for my food. They stated it wasn't ready. Waited due to them being slammed. I was early to pickup anyways. Figured food would be out later then what the time I was originally told due to the high volume of customers in thestore. Manager ASHLEY was rude and disrespectful, she told me that I could not have my 4 year old encanto cup with her water, that it... was not allowed. Later when I ordered my food 15 wings combo with two dips she said that only ranch was allowed that I could notget another dip. I walked out and left to another restaurant. As everyone else who was in front of me, they made a line to pick up the orders they placed ahead, whether through phone or... online. Two other people came in after me and one guy cut in front of me to pick up his order that wasn?t even paid for. Theteam member didn?t do anything about it especially when I asked him, ?So I didn?t have to wait in line to pick up my order??(Since mine was already paid for online.) the team member ignored me and just gave me my stuff. I just think that if we?re allpicking up and you don?t need to make a line for it then I guess they should have a different area for that OR have any ordersplaced ahead to be PAID FOR to skip a line.
